Study Tips: How To Use Your Time Wisely

Managing Your Time

In middle school there is going to be a lot of things to do, with little time to do them. All of middle school, and even through high school, you are going to have to manage your time. Between sports, friends, homework, fun, and other activities, middle school may seem like a juggling act, but the key is to stay calm and manage your time. Managing your time is going to be hard because middle schoolers love to hang out with their friends. Most of the time you will want to hang out with your friends and forget about homework, but the key to using your time is getting as much done as you can in study hall and in class, if possible.

Managing Your Time With Sports

Managing your time with sports is going to be hard. You will have to find time after practice or a game to do your homework. Remember you don't have to hang out with your friends all the time. If you are in sports and you have a test coming up you will want to study as much as you can after the sport is over for the day.

Managing Your Time With Friends

To manage your time with friends you can make time to do your work at home or you can do your work with your friends. To do your work with your friends you will want to stay on task until most of it is done. If you choose not to do your work with your friends you will want to make sometime for them.
